Eurotis Pipe & Fittings

Our Eurotis pipe is a formable corrugated pipe in AISI 304 and AISI 316L austenitic stainless steel. It comes in diameters DN 10-12-15-20-25-32-40-50. The particular structure of the tube is resistant to pressure and deformation, which allows any shape to be created “cold”, with angles up to 180°, without the need for special bending tools.

We have chosen the two O-ring easy fit fittings made from brass to enable joining to other pipes. The special corrugation of the CSST allows the insertion of two sealing O-Rings inside the first two grooves of the tube for the hydraulic seal and in the third groove a metal ring for the mechanical seal. For water/solar applications an EPDM O-ring and a second FKM O-ring are used. The FKM gasket is renowned for its resistance to high temperatures, while the EPDM gasket for high hydraulic sealing performance. The double O-ring system was designed and created for pipes ranging from DN 12 to DN 50.

CERTIFICATIONS
All our systems made with CSST pipes comply with EN 10028-7 (water) EN 15266 (gas) standards and certified by the most prestigious international institutes such as: KIWA, DVGW, GAS.BE and SVGW . We are awaiting WRAS and Gas safe certification.
Our systems are divided into three fields of application, Water, Solar and Gas , all equally certified. Specifically, Gas certifications in Italy refer to the national legislation in force: UNI 7129:2015 .
