We have a range of delivery options available to ensure you get your products when you need them. All prices quoted will exclude VAT.

Delivery Method

With the vast range of products that are stocked or available, delivery methods vary. This will depend on value of order and the product to be delivered. To offer the best delivery method we will ask for your preference and quote accordingly. Our main delivery service is by courier, the rates quoted are based on standard box weight and size. Due to the irregular sizes and weight of our products some will attract a higher delivery charge. The main products that are affected are underfloor heating pipe, overlay insulation and overlay board, low loss pipe and heat pumps. These products are normally shipped via a pallet service. If your package is small we can post via Royal Mail.

• UK next working day Tracked and signed for Parcel up to 23kg  – £12.00 (This price quoted is subject to size and value restrictions)
• International POA
• Counter collection available from Orange Heating Supplies Trade counter.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all Mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire).
Internationally to any country. Export duties may apply.

How long does it take?

All orders received by 12pm will be sent with Next Day Delivery by 6pm service. Orders placed after 12pm will be guaranteed for 2 day delivery (unless otherwise specified)

Orange Heating Supplies gives you the opportunity to track your order through our courier’s website. This service is not available for certain products.

Do deliveries require a signature?

All couriered deliveries require a signature.

Many orders will contain multiple items, some heavy, so it is worth considering where you would like the items to be left when the delivery driver arrives.
